Our U.S. vendor helps maintain quality control. Factories are located in Latvia, Honduras, Nicaragua, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Bangladesh, Mexico. Products made in nearby production plants based on your location. As a result, there is no precise origin marked on the product description.

The website defaults to English, but you can switch to Japanese or Traditional Chinese depending on where you live. The currency is USD by default, but HK citizens can pay in HKD, pls select HK region for accurate prices before transaction.

The delivery lead time was mentioned on individual product description. Delivery typically requires 15-30 days due to hand-made order and production initiating upon order receipt (Made to Order). Production lead-time is 5-10 days; delivery takes approx. 10-20 days depending on your location. Pls note the estimated delivery date on the notification email is literally the departure date from the country of origin (it doesn't mean the parcel arrival date). When the parcel arrives the last mile carrier (LMC) or the processing center in your country, meaning the parcel already arrived in country of destination. You can contact the LMC to check the arrival date or track the parcel on LMC webpage with the tracking number provided.
